Vision

• Taiwan Art Gallery Association was established. The board of directors formed the "Fine Art Authenticity Appraisal Working Group", with Liu Huan-hsien (劉煥獻) as the convener for the Western painting group and Huang Cheng-chih (黃承志) as the convener for the ink painting group, presided over by Chairperson Chang Chin-hsing (張金星).

• Issuance of the "TAGA Regulations for Artwork Authentication and Appraisal 2003" and "TAGA Regulations for Artwork Authentication and Appraisal Committee 03" .

• Issuance of the revisions of the "TAGA Regulations for Artwork Authentication and Appraisal Committee 2007", as the establishment of professional service offerings.

• Issuance of the revisions of the "TAGA Regulations for Artwork Authentication and Appraisal 2008", as the establishment of comprehensive work processes and documentation.

Taipei Art Economy Research Centre (Est.2010)

• 2016 Art Authentication Pilot Project, undertook a commission from the Ministry of Culture Taiwan (R.O.C.)
• 2017 Art Authentication Database and Scientific Authentication Standardization Project, undertook a commission from the Ministry of Culture Taiwan (R.O.C.)
• 2018 Issuance of the revisions of the "TAGA Regulations for Artwork Authentication and Appraisal Committee 2018" (formulated in 2017, approved at the general assembly in 2018).
• 2022 Establishment of Reference Regulations for Art Authentication and Appraisal Procedures and Development of Talent Cultivation Mechanisms Project, undertook a commission from the Ministry of Culture Taiwan (R.O.C.)
• 2023 Issuance of the "TAGA Artwork Authentication and Appraisal Standards 2023", undertook a commission from the Ministry of Culture Taiwan (R.O.C.)
• 2023-2024 International Talent Cultivation Program for Professional Art Authentication and Appraisal Project, undertook a commission from the Ministry of Culture Taiwan (R.O.C.)
